LU Renovize Tracker is a renovation project organizer designed to help you track rooms, inventory items, and contractors in one place. You can add details, store before/after images, track costs, search records, and export PDF reports. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our app and related services (“Services”).

By using LU Renovize Tracker, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Information We Collect

• Room data (on device): room name, notes, budgets/costs, status, and optional before/after images.
• Inventory data (on device): item name, type/category, cost, quantity (if used), and optional images.
• Contractor data (on device): contractor name, contact information, cost estimates/paid amounts, and notes.
• Summaries & analytics (in-app): totals for rooms, items, contractors, and cost summaries calculated from your data.
• PDF exports: reports are generated from your stored data on your device when you choose to export.
• App preferences: theme settings (light/dark) and other settings stored locally.
• Support & feedback: if you contact us, we may collect your email, message content, and attachments you provide.
• Optional analytics/crash data: anonymous usage metrics or crash logs may be collected to improve stability (not your room/item/contractor text content).

3. How We Use Information

• To help you create, edit, and organize renovation rooms, inventory, and contractors.
• To display summaries and visual cards for quick project overview.
• To enable search across rooms, items, and contractor records.
• To generate PDF reports when requested by you.
• To respond to support requests and improve the app experience.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your renovation information is primarily stored on your device. If you enable system backups (such as iCloud), your data may be included under your platform provider’s terms. We use reasonable safeguards for support communications, but no system can be guaranteed fully secure.

5. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may use third-party services for support delivery, analytics, or crash reporting. These providers may process limited data under their own privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

LU Renovize Tracker is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Erase Data & Your Choices

• You can add, edit, or delete rooms, inventory items, and contractors at any time.
• If the app provides an “Erase All Data” feature, you can delete your stored app data directly within the app.
• You control what you export and share via PDF.
• You may request deletion of support emails you sent us by contacting support.
